Using the platform or submitting an enquiry does not create a professional engagement, promise an outcome or authorise DLC to spend money, sign documents or act for you.

Starting work

Chargeable execution begins only after the relevant scope, professional fee, payment terms, authority, assumptions and material exclusions are agreed in writing.

External decisions and costs

Schools, authorities, banks, landlords, sellers, professionals and providers control their own decisions. Official charges, travel, rent, deposits, schools, suppliers and professional fees are separate unless expressly included.

Lawful use

The platform may not be used to request bribery, unlawful influence, harassment, covert surveillance, deception, fabricated documents, hidden payments or work for which the requester lacks authority.

Documents and messages

Clients are responsible for the truth, relevance and authority of information they submit. DLC may request clarification, pause, refer or decline work where risk, authority, legality or capability is not satisfactory.

Technical availability

DLC works to maintain reliable access but may suspend features for security, maintenance or circumstances outside reasonable control. Urgent instructions should never rely only on an unread online message.
